Accounts are personal. You are responsible for the mobile number registered to your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Talent accounts must be held by the person represented, or by their legal guardian where the applicant is a minor. Applicants must be 16 or older to submit an application.

Business accounts must represent a real, identifiable organisation. We may request verification documents before enabling booking features.

Every talent profile is reviewed before it becomes publicly visible. We may decline or unpublish a profile at our discretion, and will record the reason on the profile.

You must own or have permission to publish every photograph and video you upload. Uploading content you do not have rights to is grounds for removal.

Explicit, misleading or impersonating content is not permitted.

Booking requests sent through the platform are expressions of interest. A booking is confirmed only when both parties agree terms in writing.

Rates displayed on a profile are indicative. Final fees, usage rights and cancellation terms are agreed per project.

Do not scrape the directory, attempt to access profiles that are not published, or circumvent rate limits and authentication.

We log and audit access, and may suspend accounts involved in abuse.
