Privacy Policy

Account data: your mobile number, name and, optionally, an email address. Mobile numbers are used to sign you in via one-time passcode and to contact you about bookings.

Talent profile data: measurements, photographs, video, languages, location and rates that you choose to publish.

Business data: company name, industry, website and the contact person for the account.

Technical data: IP address, browser user agent and timestamps, retained for security auditing and abuse prevention.

To authenticate you, to operate the talent directory, to route booking enquiries, and to moderate profiles before they are published.

Approved talent profiles are visible publicly. Pending, rejected and suspended profiles are never shown to the public or to business accounts.

We never sell personal data, and we do not share contact details with third parties except where required to deliver a message you asked us to send.

One-time passcodes are stored only as salted hashes and expire within minutes. Session cookies are httpOnly, SameSite-protected and revocable server-side.

Uploaded images are re-encoded on our servers, which removes embedded metadata such as GPS coordinates.

Access to moderation tools is restricted to administrator accounts, and every privileged action is written to an audit log.

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and profile at any time.
