Our vision is to be a one stop solution for aspiring models, actors and talents.
We train, we groom, we develop personalities, build portfolios and profiles, and introduce fresh faces in the market — then provide a platform to be part of fashion shows, TV commercials, music videos, films, digital ads, print campaigns and ecommerce photography.
We also have many celebrities on board with us, looked after by a dedicated management team.
TheGlamour has its own Production and Casting department as well, and we hold tie-ups and collaborations with production houses, casting companies, ad agencies, fashion photographers and event organisations.

The founder
Mohd Aftab Hussain
Founder & Director, TheGlamour
TheGlamour is founded and led by Mohd Aftab Hussain, who also founded Alkabir Healthcare. He runs the agency as a working desk rather than a masthead — a mentor to the talent on the roster and the bridge between them and the client.
